OK, I think that's the problem. generate_circ_notices.pl expects Perl Template::Toolkit email templates. For example, Open-ILS/examples/templates/overdue_7day.example. It looks like you are trying to use the old home-grown template syntax, instead, which won't work.<br>

Just to be sure, I tested the templates and replaced the variable ${EMAIL_RECIPIENT} with an actual email value "<a href="mailto:robert.soulliere@mohawkcollege.ca" target="_blank">robert.soulliere@mohawkcollege.ca</a>" and removed the variable ${EMAIL_HEADERS}. This sent
